Mr. Cook is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience handling DFEH, EEOC, and California Labor Commission cases, as well as matters involving the Unruh Act, defamation, and civil harassment. Always comprehensive in his approach to each case, Mr. Cook is focused on long-term strategies and getting results. He has been lead counsel and second chair in numerous trials, binding arbitrations, and administrative hearings involving DFEH and wage and hour matters. His recent successes include a defense verdict on behalf of an aircraft manufacturer and a wage and hour claim for a property management company.

Prior to joining Martin & Martin, Mr. Cook handled multi-million dollar cases involving wrongful death, commercial real estate disputes, warranty claims, and high-profile defamation. He has represented an impressive list of high-profile clients, including boat and airplane manufacturers, a Masonic temple, and a reality television celebrity.

Mr. Cook received his B.A. in English from the University of California in Irvine and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, where his excellence in oral advocacy was recognized in international moot court competitions. He also served as the editor of the International Law Review. Mr. Cook is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Philippine American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all California State and Federal Courts.
