Our Workers’ Compensation Practice Group is comprised of a team of seasoned attorneys equipped with decades of experience in handling complex workers’ compensation claims. The reality is that injuries in the workplace are unavoidable and litigation is often the necessary result. At Martin & Martin, we devote our efforts to resolving these cases in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible. Utilizing our proprietary PACE System, cases are assessed and evaluated, and a plan of action is then developed to address all issues. Once this plan is created, the case is tracked as medical evaluations are secured and litigation options are pursued. Attorneys and staff have effectively resolved and closed cases in 90 days; these claims would have otherwise taken years to resolve under more traditional models.
